Fingmint Whitepaper
Version 1.1 — Last updated: September 5, 2026
This document describes Fingmint, the game; points, what you earn by playing it; and FING, the native token those points will become claimable for. It is not investment advice and does not offer or sell anything; see Risks and disclaimers.
1. Abstract
Fingmint is a card-flip game: six cards, one is green, three tries to find it. Every point earned while playing — Classic Play or the Daily Flip, it doesn't matter which — is recorded to the player's account, a single balance regardless of game mode. Points are not FING and have no value on their own today. They are designed to become claimable for FING, an on-chain token on Solana, once claiming opens. This paper sets out what's live today, what points and FING each are, how supply is planned to be allocated, and what is still undecided.
2. The game
Each round deals six cards face-down; exactly one is the green card. Players get three tries to find it. The winning position is chosen server-side using a cryptographically secure random generator, independently each round — see the FAQ for how fairness is verified and how to play for the full rules.
There are two ways to play. Classic Play is unlimited casual rounds. The Daily Flip is one shared round a day — everyone gets the same six cards, one attempt — and is what counts toward the global leaderboard and streaks. Both feed the same points balance.
3. Points
Points are what you actually earn by playing, right now. They are earned purely through play — no purchase, payment, or wager of any kind is required or accepted in exchange for points. A win pays 50 points × tries remaining at the moment the green card is found: 150 points on the first tap, down to 50 on the last. Every point earned, in either game mode, accumulates into one account-level balance. Points are not FING, carry no value or utility on their own, and are not redeemable for anything until claiming opens — see Claiming FING.
4. FING
FING is Fingmint's native token. It does not exist as an on-chain asset yet, and no FING has been distributed to anyone. Once the token and Solana wallet support are both live, accrued points become claimable for FING — see §7. Nothing in this paper is an offer to sell FING or a promise that it will launch on any particular timeline.
5. Tokenomics
Network
Solana
Total supply
1,000,000,000 FING
Standard
SPL token
At least 70% of total supply (700,000,000 FING) is planned for the gameplay rewards pool — what accrued points draw against when claimed. The remaining share, up to 300,000,000 FING, covers the team and contributors, treasury and ecosystem, and liquidity. The exact split of that remaining share has not been finalized; it will be published in full, with any vesting or lockup terms, before claiming opens. Nothing here should be read as a firmer commitment than that.
6. Earning points
Points are earned exclusively by playing — there is no other way to acquire them, and none is planned. Both game modes count: Classic Play rounds and Daily Flip rounds both add to the same balance, recorded server-side against the player's account once they've saved a secret phrase. Play before saving a phrase is tracked locally only and does not yet count toward the recorded balance; saving a phrase at any point brings all further play into it.
7. Claiming FING
Points are not FING and are not automatically converted — claiming is a distinct step players take once it opens. What has to be true first: a Solana wallet connected to the account, and the FING token itself live. Once both are true, an accrued points balance can be claimed for FING, drawing from the gameplay rewards pool described in Tokenomics. Full claim terms — including the points-to-FING rate, timing, any phased rollout, and whether claiming is capped per period — are published when claiming opens, not before. See Terms of Service, §3.
8. Utility
FING's core utility is as the on-chain claim destination for gameplay points. Additional utility — for example around leaderboard seasons, cosmetics, or governance — is being explored but is not committed, scoped, or scheduled. Nothing in this paper should be read as a promise of future utility beyond what §7 describes.
9. Security and fairness
Accounts are secured by a 12-word secret phrase — generated client-independently, hashed with bcrypt, and never stored in plain text — the same model a wallet seed phrase uses, with no email or password required. Round outcomes are generated server-side with a cryptographically secure random number generator, not client-side, so they can't be inspected or predicted in advance.
10. Roadmap
- Live — Classic Play, the Daily Flip, leaderboards, referrals, friend challenges, and one points balance tracked across every mode.
- Coming soon — Solana wallet support (Phantom, Solflare) as an optional second identity alongside the secret phrase.
- Coming soon — claiming points for FING, once wallet support and the token contract are both live.
- Exploring — on-chain achievements — verifiable badges for streaks and leaderboard finishes. Not scheduled.
See the full roadmap for details on each phase.
11. Risks and disclaimers
This whitepaper is for information only. It is not an offer or sale of securities, not investment advice, and not a guarantee that FING will exist on any particular timeline or have any market value, liquidity, or utility once claiming opens. Points are earned only through gameplay — never sold, never offered in exchange for payment — and FING itself is never sold either; it is only ever claimed against previously earned points. Claim timing, the points-to-FING rate, exact allocation percentages, and utility beyond §8 are not final and may change. Token launches carry regulatory, technical, and market risk; nothing here should be relied on as a promise of future value. Don't treat points, FING, or anything in this document, as financial advice.
