1. Acceptance
By using Fingmint ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. What this is
Fingmint is a card-guessing game. Every point you earn — in Classic Play or the Daily Flip, it doesn't matter which — is recorded to your account, and your points balance is the same balance no matter which game mode you play.
3. Points and claiming FING
Points earned through gameplay are not FING and have no value on their own. Once claiming opens, your points balance becomes claimable for FING, Fingmint's native token — claiming, custody, and distribution are handled separately from gameplay and are covered by the FING claim terms, published when claiming opens. Earning points requires no purchase, payment, or wager of any kind — it comes only from playing. We can change how points are earned, recorded, or made claimable at any time, including before claiming ever opens.
4. Your account
Access is controlled by a secret phrase generated for you. You are responsible for keeping it safe — anyone with your phrase can access your account. We cannot recover a lost phrase; losing it means losing access to that account's history.
5. Acceptable use
Don't automate play, manipulate scores or the leaderboard, interfere with the game's infrastructure, or use the game for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
